Service Description

Join us every Thursday morning for four weeks and engage in mindful movement. A great place to create community, to strengthen your body, and to connect with your little one. Babies 0-9 months are welcome. Props to be provided, but bring a blanket or something comforting for your little one. Movement will be geared towards the mother, with a focus each class dedicated to strengthening, relaxing, and breathing. The Curated Cradle is a great community hub where you can meet like-minded individuals, grab a coffee, and build community. Spaces are limited, sign up now to ensure your slot!
