Every weekday right after school, our gym gets busy! High school students - both boys and girls - from Ancaster High and Bishop Tonnos come to use our weight training and cardio equipment. It's a fun and safe social hour for these young adults. We decided to give them an extra treat and held our first Boys Night Saturday Feb 18 from 6-8pm. We cranked up the music, organized a few competitions and fed them pizza, with free soft drinks. The atmosphere was fantastic - a huge success! Over 40 young men, high energy, lots of noise, but they were polite and appreciated the opportunity to have some early evening fun. Don't say anything, parents but you would be proud of your kids.
