Mom & Baby Classes
Join us for five weeks of fun fitness that you can bring baby too! Focus on key post-partum exercises and stretches, meet other moms and connect with your little one. All equipment provided, but bring a blanket or car seat for your little one. All levels will be accommodated and will feel welcome.

Heron Creek is a great community hub where you can meet like-minded individuals and build community. We're located in the Ancaster Community Center attached to the Morgan Firestone Arena.

Baby & Me Postnatal Yoga
ages 0-9 months Mondays 10:45 am-11:30 am

Kids' Yoga
Kids' LOVE yoga! We teach it in a fun way to give kids exercise, teach body awareness and coordination, increase strength and flexibility and concentration. Breathing exercises and mindfulness are also included. Six week sessions run all year .
Saturdays 10:30 a.m. Intro offer, only $99 ages 5-11
